All preps are prepared fresh on the day of pick up. Delivery is available for $10 (up to 10 miles), $20 (10-20 miles) if needed. All meals preps come with 1 protein, 1 carb, and 1 vegetable. You have the option to substitute your carb for another vegetable. Additional protein per order is $15. Please specify which protein(s), starch and vegetable you would like for your set of 3,5,7 or 10. Tupperware will be included in purchase.
